My Book Boyfriend 9/19: Cash Davenport

My Book Boyfriend is a weekly meme hosted by Missie at The Unread Reader and My Keeper Shelf.

Now, I know I'm being a bit unfair, but I just can't get this guy off my mind. So, I'd like to introduce you to Cash Davenport from DOWN TO YOU by M. Leighton. Cash is tall with sandy blond hair, dark brown eyes, has a tattoo that covers half of his body, and is built like a brick. The words that come out of this man's mouth are simply sinful. I can't wait for you all to meet Cash!

~I stare down into those liquid eyes. I don’t want her to stop. I want to feel her hands on my skin. So I taunt her, hoping to feed the feline that I’d be willing to bet is buried somewhere down deep.

“Oh, come on. Is that all you got?” I whisper.

~I take a deep breath and her eyes drop to my stomach. Then they flicker down a little further. She stares longer than she should, but not nearly as long as I want her to. I start to get hard.

Her eyes widen and her lips fall open just enough for her tongue to sneak out and wet them. I have to grit my teeth to keep from pulling her to me and kissing that lush little mouth of hers.

~Cash is wearing a black tank top that perfectly showcases his muscular arms and the interesting tattoo that adorns the left side of his chest. I try not to think of him as mouthwatering, but that’s the word that keeps going through my head.

~His eyes meet mine and one brow rises in that holy mother of hell-sexy way, then he mutters, "You've got one chance to make my mouth water." **AND I DIE** 

~"You're gorgeous," he says softly. 

My stomach flips over, but I continue. "And she flirts very openly with you."

"I wish you would flirt very openly with me." His eyes flicker to my lips and they throb like he's touching them. 

~The taste of Cash is like a perfectly aged Scotch-rich and delicious. His tongue slides along mine, stroking it, teasing it, as he uses his grip on my hand to pull me tighter to him. I do the only think I can. I melt into him. 

~"I promise you won't regret it. I promise to make you feel things and enjoy things you never even though of before. I'll make every night the best night of your life until you say it's over."

~"In the meantime," he whispers as he bends near my ear, "think about how it will feel to have my tongue inside you." He nips my lobe with his teeth and I feel it all the way in the pit of my stomach. I bit my lip to keep from moaning. "And I'll be thinking about what you taste like."

OK...raise your hand if you need a cold shower! *raises hand*
